How was your 2018? What were the high points and the low points and what did you learn from them? What are you hoping and praying for in 2019? And what do you hope to leave behind in 2018? Continue reading “2018: My year in pictures.”
This is the literal definition of a throwback post, lol. But you know what they say! Better late than never!
About two months ago, from the 11th to the 13th of October, I had the absolute pleasure and privilege of attending the Mandela Bay Fashion Week for the first time ever! This year’s event marked the third ever time our beautiful city of PE has played the host.
Every time I think of fashion week or fashion week season worldwide, I always think of the ones I see the pictures of online in Paris, New York or Milan, or more locally, Joburg or Cape Town! So when I first heard that Nelson Mandela Bay has it’s very own fashion week I was so, so surprised! And beyond intrigued! Continue reading “My First Fashion Week experience.”
Hellooooo beautiful people! 💜
How’s your 2018 going so far? 😊 Time already running away from you? Me too.
We get so caught up in life’s day to day happenings and all it’s mundane repetitive routines that we forget to stop and take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
I feel like my life is so, so different now to the way it was even just a year ago. Continue reading “Where I’ve been…”
Happy New Year’s Eve!!!!
How are you feeling? I’m scared and excited at the same time – the usual end of year feeeeellls! Continue reading “2017: My year in pictures”
I turned 21 on the 18th! I figured with this post, hey, better late than never! Continue reading “Turning 21.”

Some of us are enthusiastic listeners, others are lucky enough to be avid concert-goers, and some are even creators themselves. Either way, all our music stories are so, so important as a whole, not just to the industry itself but to who we are as people, as individuals that could never be replaced. This is my music story:

Ever since I was about 7 years old I’ve been keeping a journal, and writing. After having done it for so long it’s become a habit, second nature, almost.
It’s so nice to read back on old journal entries and get to kinda go back in time and relive the day. And it’s so exciting to put down a story that’s been floating around in your head, to paper. Continue reading “Heart on paper.”
I’ve known for a while now that today was World Mental Health Day. What I didn’t know was whether or not I wanted to write about it because I didn’t really know from what angle I was gonna talk about it from. So bear with me if this post feels like a long, winding, bendy, crooked path to nowhere. Continue reading “Let’s talk about mental health.”
